أعلنت هيئة مكافحة الفساد ومكتب المدعي العام Specialized Anticorruption in Ukraine个城市 4 November about the discovery of another criminal organization during the “Carthage” operation. Investigators say the organization linked law-enforcement and prosecution officials with drug trafficking, fraudulent call centres, euro counterfeiting, kidnapping and torture. The allegations remain under pretrial investigation.
