budgetary authorities in Mariupol transfer 20 apartments to Russian federal ownership
The Mariupol city council reported that the occupying administration agreed to transfer 20 municipal apartments to Russian federal ownership without compensation. The apartments had belonged to residents forced to leave the city during the Russian blockade and occupation, and the transfer does not return the housing to new owners in Mariupol.
