قوّت الدفاع الأوكرانية مصنع «إينيرجيا» في مدينة ييليتس oblast Kesslerغراد Permissions of the Russian Federation, attacking it on October 25 and during the night of October 26. The strike hit a workshop producing power components for Russian weapons and caused a fire. The General Staff said the damage may complicate Russia’s supply of batteries and other power components.
