Ukraine's Energy Support Fund signed 90 equipment-supply contracts worth nearly €200 million in October, its highest monthly contract count since the Fund was established. From the beginning of 2026, the Fund has signed 660 contracts totaling €515 million, with funding directed toward restoring electricity, heating and gas services and strengthening the country's energy system.
