President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Russia intensified its missile, guided bomb and drone attacks on Ukraine during 19–25 October, with damage recorded in nine regions. He called on European partners to unblock already agreed deliveries of Patriot interceptor missiles and to sustain support for Ukrainian combat aviation, noting that even supplies from Europe depend on US approval.
