زيلينسكي: 首爾 خسائر Russia's troops reached record levels in October
On November 1, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian forces had liberated 96.2 square kilometres of territory in October, exceeding Russian territorial gains by 10.4 square kilometres. He also reported record Russian losses of 54,400 personnel killed or severely wounded, including 2,250 on October 21, and said a ceasefire and diplomacy chosen by Russia could stop the losses.
