Ukraine’s Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights announced plans for a humanitarian mission to assist residents of the occupied city of Oleshky in Kherson region. The operation is intended to include a local ceasefire, aid deliveries and the possible evacuation of civilians, with the Ukrainian and Russian human-rights commissioners working together.
