UxUkrainian forces attacked the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, on October 25 and overnight into October 26, damaging a workshop producing power components for Russian weapons. A fire broke out on the plant’s grounds. The General Staff said the facility is the sole Russian manufacturer of batteries for aerial-bomb guidance and correction modules.
