أو-ever authorities notify former Zelensky spokesperson of suspected treason over statements on Russia
Ukrainian prosecutors and the Security Service notified former presidential spokesperson Yulia Mendel in absentia of suspected state treason and justification of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. The case is based on her public statements in foreign media and social-media posts, while Mendel denies cooperation with Russia and says the allegations target criticism of Ukraine’s leadership and free expression.
