According to Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate, Russia is preparing a propaganda “telebridge” via Zoom for 22 October 2026. The event is intended to discredit Ukraine’s Defence Forces, hide Russian war crimes in occupied Oleshky and weaken Ukraine’s foreign support. Russia plans to involve representatives of 80 countries and provide simultaneous interpretation in English, Spanish and French.
