Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office said they had uncovered a criminal organization allegedly linking senior law-enforcement officials with drug trafficking, fraudulent call centers, counterfeit goods and violence. During Operation Carthage, the agencies searched more than 70 locations and detained four key suspects, including SBU General Serhii Duka and senior National Police official Volodymyr Tsenov.
