قال الرئيس Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky في 6 نوفمبر إن الاستخبارات أبلغت بأن Russia تستعد لضربة جديدة على قطاع الطاقة وbridges over the Dnipro and civilian infrastructure. وأوضح أن Ukraine تحتاج إلى additional interceptors for Patriot systems، ودعا partners إلى عدم تأجيل supplying them، بينما prepares Air Force and the Armed Forces for protection.
