Representation OF US and Ukraine Talks in Oslo and Witkoff’s Planned Meeting With Putin
US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner planned a new round of Ukraine peace talks in Oslo, with President Volodymyr Zelensky and representatives of Norway, the E4, the EU, and NATO expected to participate. Kushner was expected to join remotely because of illness. After the Norway talks, Witkoff planned to travel to Russia to meet President Vladimir Putin, although the schedule remained preliminary and subject to change.
